An institutional site for the Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum: a deep content structure, a full PL/EN version, inquiry forms stored in a database and digital accessibility requirements. Collections, archive, a library with an online catalogue and a 1939-1945 timeline.
A commercial SaaS for a play centre: bookings, tickets and passes, online payments, notifications and a shop - the whole business in one place, with an admin panel for the staff. A team project, live in production and used daily.
A cooking site live on its own domain: nearly 80 recipes from 16 cuisines, filters and search, a portion calculator that rescales the ingredients, shopping-list export and a keep-screen-awake mode for cooking. Signed-in users can rate, review and add their own photos.
An online voting system for a municipal contest in Słomniki: resident sign-up, multi-category voting, a live ranking and an organizer's panel. It ran the entire contest without paper ballots.
A Zoom-style video-meeting app: instant and scheduled meetings, join via link, recordings and a personal room. Real-time video and audio, sign-in and user management.
A custom bot keeping order on a ~3000-member community server: role-ping moderation with exempt lists. Built, deployed, hosted and iterated on at the client's request - an example of an ongoing relationship after launch.
Hi, I'm Bartek. I build and look after websites, online shops and web apps for businesses - from the first conversation through launch to updates and further development. I've worked on the Visitor Service Center site for the Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum and on a commercial platform for the Fikołki play centres. Before you ask
Every quote is individual - the price depends on scope (number of pages, features, shop, integrations). Tell me in a few sentences what you need and I'll send back a concrete offer. No hidden costs.
Yes - and you don't need a new one. I start with a review of what you have: technical state, updates, speed, security and accessibility. Then I tell you plainly what's worth fixing and what can stay as it is. You decide what's next: individual fixes, a modernization, or ongoing care. It doesn't matter who built the site before, or whether you're still in touch with them.
WordPress, plugin and theme updates, regular backups including restores after a failure, uptime monitoring, baseline hardening and a response when something happens. Plus small content fixes, technical support and development as needs come up. In practice: you stop having to think about the site, and when something breaks you have one person to write to.
A simple one-pager usually takes 1-2 weeks; a larger site or shop, a few weeks. Taking over care of an existing site starts working right after the review. We agree the deadline up front and I stick to it.
Yes. I build on a friendly CMS (WordPress), and after launch I show you how to change text, images and products yourself. You also get a short guide. And if you'd rather I handled the updates - that's what the care package is for.
I'll help pick and set up a domain and hosting, or handle it end to end. You can also stay with your own - I'll adapt. The domain and hosting always remain yours; I don't lock clients in.
Digital accessibility means building a site that also works with poor eyesight, without a mouse or with a screen reader - the standard describing this is WCAG 2.2. It formally applies to public bodies, and since 28 June 2025 the rules implementing the European Accessibility Act also cover some private companies, including online shops and consumer-facing digital services (the smallest businesses are exempt). I'm not a substitute for legal advice, but I can review your site and tell you where you stand - and regardless of the rules, an accessible site simply means more people able to buy from you.
It's my thing - I study and work in cybersecurity. I secure every site (SSL, hardening, backups, updates), and for demanding projects I run a full security audit.
